Summer Camp for Children

Ramakrishna Mission, Kadapa conducted Summer Camp for children of 8 to 16 years age group from  5 - 19  May 2024.  In all 125 students participated in the Camp.   The Daily routine included Prarthana, Shlokas, Yogasanas, Breakfast, Stotras, Bhajans and great messages through moral stories from the lives of Sri Ramakrishna, Sri Sarada Devi, Swamiji, and other great personalities.


The Camp included trekking to the nearby beautiful hillock, popularly known as Palakondalu, and also Padapuja to their parents, to inculcate respect for the elders in their minds.  Many competitions were also conducted wherein children participated enthusiastically.


On 19th May concluding function was held wherein winners of various competitions were awarded. Revered Swami Turiyananda Saraswathij, Chinmaya Mission, Kadapa presided as the chief guest and delivered an inspirational speech.

Guru Purnima Celebration

Guru Purnima was celebrated on 03.07.2023 at Kadapa centre with Homa, Spiritual Discourse, Arati, and Bhajans.

Summer Camp for Children

Ramakrishna Mission, Kadapa conducted Summer Camp for children of 8 to 16 years age group from 5th  to 17th  May 2023.  About 90 students took admission.  Their routine included Prarthana shlokas, Yogasanas, breakfast, stotras, bhajans, and great messages through moral stories from the lives of Sri Ramakrishna, Sri Sarada Devi, Swamiji and other great personalities.  The Camp also included trekking to the nearby beautiful hillock, popularly known as Palakondalu and  Padapuja for their parents to inculcate the respect for the elders in their minds.

Many competitions were also conducted wherein children participated enthusiastically.  On 17th May concluding function was held wherein winners of various competitions were awarded. Volunteers who helped in summer camp were also honoured with Sri Ramakrishna, Holy Mother and Swamiji’s literature.

Swami Vivekananda's Jayanti Celebration

Ramakrishna Math focuses on facilitating the seekers, devotees and the visitors in their profound inner spiritual journey of becoming better human beings with its stress on Atmano Mokshartham  - the first part of the Ramakrishna Movement motto. Our Story

The Math centre was started in 1910. After being taken over in 2004, it was made a sub-centre under Chennai Math. It became a full-fledged centre in 2005.

The Math solely depends on contributions from philanthropic and generous public, well wishers and devotees.Contributions for the developmental works and service activities will be accepted and acknowledged. Donation to the Ramakrishna Math is exempted from Income Tax U/S 80 G.
